1 – Protection of Personal Data
PM-SA, the owner of the present site, reserves the write to utilize data collected from its users.
What follows are details about the way in which this data is collected and used. The personal data that is collected varies depending on the way the services are used. The personal data collected or saved may be directly submitted by the person navigating the site, may come from a third party, or may be indirectly collected through activity on the site and the use of services.
2 – Commercial Prospection and Marketing
The following information is collected and processed: contact information such as first and last name, home address, country of residency, landline and or mobile phone number, email address, social media accounts.
The intended uses of information qualified as personal data include:
To send communications on the subject of products and services for purposes of marketing. Such sollicitations can arrive in the form of an email or letter, text message, telephone call, or online direct marketing. This data is conserved for purposes of market research for a maximum duration of 3 years.
When data has been collected as part of a request for services or information, the person may be contacted about similar services depending on the preceding requests, except where the user asks to unsubscribe from this commercial information or chooses not to receive it. This data is conserved for prospection purposes for up to 3 years after the data has been collected.
Each time an e-communication with commercial intent is sent, the recipient has the possibility of opting out of future contact thanks to an unsubscription link. The use of data and information such as that described above is authorized by law for the protection of personal data. In most cases, the use of this personal data is based on the legitimate interests of PM-SA.
Moreover, when the user has expressly consented to PM-SA partners (such as insurance companies, comparative sites, social media platforms, marketing agencies, search engines, real estate listings, without this list being exhaustive), PM-SA can receive personal data. The use of this information by PM-SA to promote its services is thus allowed in the conditions described above.
3 – Online Questionnaire
The following information is collected and processed: IP address, ZIP code, telephone number, and any elements supplied in the online questionnaire. This information is only used to establish contact with the person who filled out the online questionnaire and to offer an exchange or appointment with a qualified PM-SA employee to establish a personalized quote and to ensure follow-up after the initial contact. This contact will be established by telephone and/ or email. The data collected from the completed online questionnaire will be conserved for a maximum of 3 years.
The use of information like that described above is authorized by the applicable rules and regulations on personal data. The treatment of this data depends on the consent of the user.
4 – Website Use
The PM-SA site uses cookie technology to improve navigation as well as the user experience of its website. Cookies may be recorded on the user’s web browser, whatever the terminal type (computer, tablet, smartphone). They are used notably for identification purposes and analytics.
Visitors may decide to accept or refuse cookies as well as to modify their preferences.
Cookies only remain valid for a limited period of time depending on the type of cookie, and allows visitors to be identified when returning to the website. In all cases, this duration should not exceed thirteen (13) months.

This processing is authorised by applicable data protection laws and in all cases depends on the legal foundation of the contract tying the user to PM-SA, or that of a legitimate period of interest during which the aforementioned information is necessary to fill our contractual obligations.
6 – Conservation of informration
Personal data is conserved for the purposes listed in this agreement.
Unless otherwise indicated in the preceding paragraphs, the data is conserved as long as the person continues a contractual relationship with PM-SA.
If the current contract tying the user to PMSA is breached, or reaches the end of the requested service, and if there is no other reason to continue processing the information, the information will be kept for the necessary period as per applicable rules and regulations. Notably in order to process any demand or requests relating to the services provided.
The user’s personal data is saved for the duration of the contractual relationship +3 years without prejudice of the obligations for conservation or the delays of prescription. For purposes of preventing money laundering and the financing of terrorism, data is saved for five years after the end of the relationship with PM-SA.

Any request for access, rectification, deletion or limitation of data collection and analysis, must be accompanied by a copy of the persons ID.
